The "Flying Arrow" Speeds Ahead: CR450 Prototype Unveiled

The project is led by China State Railway Group Co., Ltd. and involves a collaborative effort from CRRC, domestic enterprises, universities, research institutions, and others through the "Railway Science and Technology Innovation Alliance."
The CR450 features comprehensive upgrades in three key areas: drag reduction and energy efficiency, vibration reduction and noise control, and full-system lightweight integration. It also incorporates cutting-edge technologies such as high-power permanent magnet traction systems, time-sensitive train network communication, multi-level braking control, and high-critical speed safety bogies. The train boasts superior performance in speed, safety, energy efficiency, comfort, and intelligence, establishing a complete technical system for 400 km/h trains. It represents a holistic innovation across theory, technology, equipment, standards, and management practices, injecting new vitality into global high-speed rail technology development.
As a key participant in this national project, GOVA Technology provided critical systems and components including traction, braking, running gear, bogies, and various advanced sensor products such as traction pressure sensors, brake pressure sensors, temperature-pressure compound sensors, smoothness triple-axis acceleration sensors, and instability dual-axis acceleration sensors. Additional innovative products like speed sensors and temperature-vibration compound sensors are currently under development.
