BS12 series piezoresistive pressure transducers adopt high-sensi-tivity piezoresistive silicon chip inside for pressure sensing.The chip is protected against ambient influences by a stainless steelhousing sealed with a concentrically corrugated diaphragm.The housing is filled with silicone oil for the transfer the pressure fromdiaphragm to the sensing component. Exchanging the pressure intoMV electrical output signal.
