Wireless MB800 PT Temperature and Pressure Sensor

1. Product Overview

This sensor integrates temperature and pressure monitoring functions, specifically designed for industrial process control and monitoring applications. According to the advanced Wireless HART transmission protocol, it enables wireless data acquisition, transmission, and remote monitoring. The sensor has explosion-proof and intrinsically safe characteristics, allowing it to work safely and reliably in explosive gas environments, particularly suitable for high-risk areas such as Zone 0.

Materials of Enclosure: Metal Parts: 316L Stainless Steel(Pressure Inlet), Plastic Parts: PC(Orange Enclosure).

2.2. Instructions for Electrical Connection

Open the enclosure, then you will see the switch, LED, and USB (Figure 2):

Switch : It employs a mechanical switch. As shown in the diagram, pushing up the switch can open it, and pushing down the switch can close it.

LED : When the switch is turned on, the indicator light will illuminate in green for approximately 2 seconds, indicating it is in normal open condition.

USB : The configuration tool can be used to connect the product to a computer port for program input and debugging.

Electrical Connection (as shown in Figure 3):

The bottom is the positive pole, and the top is the negative pole.
